'You press the button, we do the rest', said Kodak in one of its first marketing campaigns. I pressed the button.

If there were one way I could view the world, it would be through the landscape of a camera viewfinder. Early inspiration came in the form of an acquaintance who captured exquisite moments in our very ordinary family life, and helped preserve for decades those spots in time. An old slide projector that was pulled out at each family gathering brought additional encouragement.

In the two decades that followed, I trained my eyes to look closer and see things in unusual, unsuspected flashes. In time, my love for photography turned into a very personalized professional journey.
